Pope Francis visits immigrant families in a school in Harlem

[By Christopher White from Catholic Voices USA] During his visit to Our Lady Queen of Angels school with children in the poor immigrant community of East Harlem, Francis was in his element as he reminded the school children of the value of friendship and the importance of never losing hope of building a world of greater opportunities.  

“Today we want to keep dreaming. We celebrate all the opportunities which enable you, and us adults, not to lose the hope of a better world with greater possibilities. I know that one of the dreams of your parents and teachers is that you can grow up and be happy.”
