Papal Visit to Ecuador, Bolivia, and Paraguay

On Thursday evening, 2 July, Catholic Voices co-founders Jack Valero and Austen Ivereigh (author of the papal biography The Great Reformer) were joined by Their Excellencies Miguel Solano-López, Roberto Calzadilla Sarmiento, and Carlos Abad Ortiz: Ambassadors to the United Kingdom from Paraguay, Bolivia, and Ecuador, respectively. Each speaker gave a brief presentation on an aspect of the upcoming papal trip to Latin America: an 8-day visit that is already being spoken of one as one of the most significant of Francis's papacy so far.
